Please give 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you no-show or proper cancellation notice is not given, you forfeit your deposit. A $250 deposit is required before scheduling your first session. A free virtual consultation must be had prior to placing a deposit.
A touch up for permenant makeup is considered a touch up when redesigning and mapping are not involved. Touch ups are considered a color revival session. Schedule and fees are as follows:
4-8 weeks: $100
3-6 Months: $200
8-12 Months: $325
12 or more months: Full Price Service

However, if proper cancellation is given, all deposit funds may go to reschedule permanent makeup services or to any other product or services M.O. Signature Studio has.
A 24 hour notice must be given to cancel any in-person, skin care service. If proper notice is not given, 50% of the total service is due before rescheduling services. If you no-show, 100% of the total service is due before rescheduling services.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 dollars unless deemed free shipping at checkout. Shipping is only done within the U.S.
